- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional – such as walnuts or pecans
