- 10 egg roll wrappers
- 8 oz goat cheese softened
- 2 –3 jalapeños finely diced (remove seeds for less heat)
- 4 oz cream cheese optional, for extra creaminess
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Olive oil or egg wash for sealing the wrappers
- Cooking oil for frying (or cooking spray if air frying)
1. Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, add the softened goat cheese (and cream cheese if using).
Finely dice the jalapeños. For less spice, remove seeds and membranes.
Add garlic powder and onion powder.
Mix until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
2. Assemble the Egg Rolls
Place one egg roll wrapper on a flat surface in a diamond shape.
Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of the filling into the center.
Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
Seal the top corner with water, olive oil, or egg wash using a pastry brush.
Repeat for the remaining wrappers.
3. Cook the Egg Rolls
Frying Method
Heat 2 inches of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Fry egg rolls for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Remove and drain on paper towels.

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly spray rolls with cooking oil.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway for even crispiness.
