Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup caramel syrup plus extra for drizzle
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar optional
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  • Add cold brew coffee, milk, caramel syrup, sugar (if using), and ice to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into tall glasses.
  • Top with whipped cream and drizzle with extra caramel syrup.
  • Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use cold brew coffee for a naturally smoother and less bitter taste—perfect for cold drinks.
  • Freeze leftover coffee in ice cube trays to keep your frappuccino cold without watering it down—double the flavor!
  • Layer caramel: drizzle inside the cup, on top of the whipped cream, and even inside the blender for maximum flavor and visual appeal.
  • Add a pinch of xanthan gum (about 1/8 tsp) for that thick, creamy Starbucks-like texture—it helps prevent separation and keeps the drink smooth.
